I vincitori della 18 edizione degli Hollywood Film Awards 2014 sono stati annunciati da Queen Latifah al Paladium Hollywood a Los Angeles. Vincono “The Imitation Game” con ben quattro premi con Benedict Cumberbatch che vince il premio come miglior attore e Keira Knightley come miglior attrice non protagonista. Morten Tyldum e Alexandre Desplat vincono rispettivamente il the Director Awards e il Composer Awards, rispettivamente.
Vince anche “Girl Gone” con tre nomination tra cui l’ambito Hollywood Film Award con Ben Affleck sul palco per ritirare il premio. Gli altri film che ha ottenuto più nomination sono stati “Birdman”, per il Career Achievement Award ha vinto Michael Keaton. Il premio come migliore attrice è andato a Julianne Moore per il suo ruolo di una donna malata di Alzheimer in “Still Alice”.
