Il nuovo film di Steven Spielberg, The BFG ha conquistato il Festival del Cinema di Cannes 2016 con una trascinante ed estesa standing ovation. Sul red carpet insieme a Steven Spielberg, Mark Rylance, Ruby Barnhill, Penelope Wilton, Jemaine Clement, Rebecca Hall e ancora Frank Marshall, Kathleen Kennedy, Kristie Macosko Krieger e Michael Siegel che hanno festeggiato la proiezione con un after party al Beach Carlton.
Sul red carpet Aishwarya Rai ha indossato un abito di Elie Saab, mentre Paz Vega ha scelto un abito di Stephane Rolland, Blake Lively ha scelto uno splendido abito turchese brillante di Atelier Versace a cui ha abbinato un paio di Christian Louboutin. Sul red carpet anche l’attrice Berenice Bejo con il marito Michel Hazanavicius.
