Si è svolta a New York, al Regal E-Walk, l’attesa premiere del film La ragazza del treno, best seller scritto da Paula Hawkins, con protagonista Emily Blunt, Haley Bennett, Rebecca Ferguson, Luke Evans e Justin Theroux. Sul red carpet insieme a Emily Blunt anche Justin Theroux, Haley Bennett e Edgar Ramirez, nonchè il marito di Emily, John Krasinski.
Per il tappeto rosso Emily Blunt ha scelto un abito lungo Prada in crêpe marocain smeraldo con profili a contrasto in raso azzurro, a cui ha abbinato scarpe di Christian Louboutin, una clutch di Prada e gioielli di Schwartz jewelry, John Krasinski ha indossato uno smoking in lana mohair blu, camicia in popeline bianco, cravatta a pois in seta azzurra e calzature in vitello spazzolato nero, tutto di Prada, mentre Haley Bennett ha scelto un abito di Altuzarra, scarpe Jimmy Choo e gioielli Gilan. Laura Prepon, accompagnata sul red carpet dal fidanzato Ben Foster ha invece indossato un abito di Nha Khanh e una clutch di Inge Christopher
