Lo avete conosciuto cantautore, chitarrista, poeta, addirittura Premio Nobel della Letteratura, ma avevate mai visto Bob Dylan nelle vesti di pittore? A Londra avrete la possibilità di ammirare i suoi quadri, in occasione della mostra intitolata “The Beaten Path”.
Allestita presso la Halcyon Gallery , la mostra raccoglie i dipinti di Robert Allen Zimmerman, in arte Bob Dylan, che ritraggono principalmente tipici paesaggi americani. Grandi strade, edifici, quartieri periferici, New York, la città in cui l’artista è diventato famoso. Una visione “panoramica” dell’America che ha attraversato in lungo e in largo nei decenni con la sua musica: ferrovie, grattacieli, ponti sospesi, motel sono i grandi protagonisti insieme ad alcuni oggetti simbolo cari al musicista come le auto degli anni Cinquanta.
La mostra sarà aperta fino all’11 dicembre.
