Sono state finalmente svelate le attese nominations per il 73° Golden Globes 2016, alcuni nomi sono quelli di veterani storici, ma non sono mancate alcune sorprese. Lady Gaga ha ricevuto una nomination per la sua partecipazione ad “American Horror Story: Hotel”, mentre Christian Slater è stato nominato per “Mr. Robot, Lily Tomlin per “Grace and Frankie,” e Jamie Lee Curtis per “Scream Queens.” Sono stati nominati veterani come Rob Lowe, Patrick Stewart e Sylvester Stallone.
Non manca poi Julia Louis-Dreyfus per “Veep”, Jon Hamm per la sua ultima stagione in “Mad Men” e Eddie Redmayne per il suo lavoro in “The Danish Girl”. Sono stati inclusi nella top list anche Leonardo DiCaprio, Will Smith e Michael Fassbender. Nel complesso, “Carol”, ha aperto la strada con cinque nomination. Ma non sono rimasti all’asciutto nemmeno blockbuster e film acclamati dalla critica come “Room,” “Spotlight” e “The Big Short”.
I 73° Golden Globe Awards saranno trasmessi in diretta il 10 gennaio. America Ferrera, Angela Bassett e Chloe Grace Moretz che hanno annunciato le nominations a Beverly Hills hanno indossato: America Ferrera un abito di INGIE Paris a cui ha abbinato un paio di scarpe Kurt Geiger London; Angela Bassett ha scelto un total look rosso, mentre Chloe Grace Mortez ha scelto un abito patchwork di Valentino della collezione Resort 2016.
