Nella musica ben tre premi vanno a Taylor Swift, mentre nel cinema successo per Divergent, Jennifer Lawrence e Maleficent.
Iggy Azalea sceglie un total look bianco per la sua performance live e ha cantato “Beg for It”, mentre i Fall Out Boy eseguito la loro canzone “Centuries”, mentre Lady Antebellum ha intrattenuto e fatto ballare il pubblico con il loro ultimo singolo “Freestyle”.
Viola Davis ha indossato un abito di Escada, scarpe Stuart Weitzman, una clutch di Rauwolf e orecchini Jacob & Co; Katharine McPhee ha indossato invece un abito di Balmain abito e gioielli Kwiat; Caitriona Balfe ha scelto un abito nero di Valentino, scarpe Aquazzura e orecchini Jewelmer.
Chloe Moretz ha scelto un abito di Louis Vuitton e gioielli Repossi, Patricia Arquette indossa scarpe LKBennett, mentre Amy Adams ha scelto un abito blu di Gucci, orecchini Melissa Kaye; Olivia Munn ha indossato un abito di Giambattista Valli couture, gioielli Fred Leighton, scarpe Christian Louboutin e una clutch di Judith Leiber.
